Role Overview As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be vital in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring our service not only meets but exceeds expectations. Your proactive involvement during both busy and quiet periods will help maintain outstanding service and foster a supportive team environment. Your Responsibilities: • Uphold Invited's esteemed service standards. • Supervise food and beverage service, ensuring quality and excellence for our members and guests. • Lead and support service staff to provide consistent and remarkable dining experiences. • Process member and guest orders accurately, accommodating special requests. • Participate in training initiatives to develop a knowledgeable and skilled team. • Review daily reservations and event details to effectively prepare service setups. • Manage opening and closing procedures for shifts to maintain operational efficiency. • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas for all upcoming services. • Stay informed about the menu and drink offerings. • Engage actively in training sessions and daily team meetings. • Complete daily tasks and side work to uphold club standards. • Interact professionally with members, adapting to their needs and requests. • Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to support the team's objectives. About You: Required: • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field in the food & beverage industry. Preferred: • Food Safety certifications (e.g., ServeSafe, ABC Certification). • Completion of relevant food and beverage training modules. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods. • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 100 lbs as needed. • Effective communication skills are essential. Work Schedule: • Flexible attendance based on the weekly schedule. • Willingness to work additional hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
