<p>Inidan Spring Country Club, located in Boynton Beach Florida, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead and manage the club. The club boasts 36 holes of golf hosting 70,000 rounds annually, a double ended practice facilty, a short game area practice area, n as well as a large putting green. The East course has hosted numerous qualfiers and mini tour events, as well South Florida Section events over it's history.</p>

<p>In addition to golf, the two story clubhouse features a large banquet space and kitcheen, smaller, more intimate spaces for private meetings and dinners, and a well appointed members grill including al fresco dining space, complete with it's own kitchen. The club aslo has a resort style pool as well as a large tennis complex.</p>

<p>The General Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the club, including their activities, employees, members, guests, community, government, industry, and corporate relationships. Manager will also be responsible for coordinating and administering club policies; developing operating policies and procedures; directing the work of department managers; developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets and financial matters; monitoring the quality of the club’s products and services; achieving financial objectives; ensuring member and guest satisfaction; securing and protecting the club’s assets, including facilities and equipment; and executing club operations, including managing all club’s facilities and operations with a strong focus on revenue generation, quality standards, and service delivery.</p>
