Alden combined the existing wetlands and natural lay-of-the-land to create a masterpiece that 'Florida Golf News' calls one of the top 100 courses in Florida and one of the top three in Sarasota! Alden was somehow able to take the rubber-stamp Florida golf course and throw it to the wind. He took the modest 6,270-yard layout and made it play more like 7,200, bringing water into play on every hole to create a shot-maker's course layout. Focus is to be directed toward quality, consistency, and service excellence across all areas of operation. Financial responsibility involves budgeting, implementing, and supervising Profit and Loss for all facets of the entire facility.</p><p> </p><p>The General Manager will be responsible for the departments of the operation which include Golf Operations, Administrative & General, Agronomy, Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage.</p><p>This position requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in club management and experience overseeing multi-department recreational facilities.</p><p> </p><h1><br /></h1><h1><br /></h1>
