Miramont Country Club is seeking an experienced Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily operations spanning F&B, Catering, Housekeeping, Aquatics, Hotel, Security and Front Desk operations, ensuring all services exceed member and guest expectations. This leader will act as head of Clubhouse operations in the General Manager's absence and drive budget management, staff development and Miramont's platinum standard of hospitality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
→ Provide leadership and oversight for all Clubhouse operations, incl. but not limited to F&B, Catering, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Hotel, Security & Aquatics.
→ Serve as Acting General Manager in the GM’s absence, ensuring adherence to Club policies, standards and processes.
→ Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and long-range plans while managing costs and performance against established goals.
→ Oversee workforce planning and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing, service levels and labor efficiency.
→ Evaluate new products, services and initiatives to enhance member experience, operational efficiency and financial performance.
→ Ensure compliance with applicable licensing, permitting and regulatory requirements across Clubhouse operations.
→ Oversee Clubhouse expenditures, ensuring invoices are properly reviewed, allocated and submitted for timely payment.
→ Oversee Guest Suite operations, including reservations, room readiness, guest service, billing coordination and overall lodging standards.
→ Review departmental financial performance, labor, revenue and expenses, identifying trends and making operational adjustments to achieve established goals.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
→ Lead and develop F&B, Catering, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Aquatics and Security leaders.
→ Interview, hire and onboard team members within approved staffing levels.
→ Coordinate ongoing training and professional development across Clubhouse departments.
→ Conduct regular leadership and team meetings to communicate expectations, priorities and standards.
→ Evaluate employee performance and partner with HR on coaching, documentation & corrective action.
→ Establish and uphold service and operating standards, regularly monitoring execution and performance.
→ Foster a positive, service-driven culture that promotes teamwork, accountability & engagement.
→ Keep the General Manager informed of significant personnel, performance and operational matters.
→ Maintain CMAA membership and participate in relevant conferences, seminars and professional development opportunities.
→ Collaborate with department leaders to ensure seamless communication, coordination and execution across Club operations.
→ Promote a safe, professional work environment and ensure teams follow established safety procedures and emergency protocols.
EVENTS & PROGRAMMING
→ Oversee the planning, promotion and execution of special Club events and dining experiences.
→ Develop creative strategies to promote Miramont activities and increase member participation.
→ Identify new programs, services and experiences that increase Club usage and member enjoyment.
→ Collaborate with department leaders on Club events and programming to ensure seamless execution.
→ Partner with department leaders to develop an engaging calendar of events and programming.
→ Ensure events reflect Miramont’s standards for quality, service and overall member experience.
MEMBER EXPERIENCE
→ Put Members first, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.
→ Maintain a strong, visible and respected presence throughout the Clubhouse and with the membership.
→ Build relationships with members, welcome new members and proactively support member satisfaction.
→ Personally address selected member and guest concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions to the General Manager.
→ Ensure Clubhouse facilities and service standards remain consistently member-ready.

QUALIFICATIONS
→ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive hospitality leadership experience.
→ Minimum six years of progressive leadership experience in private club, luxury resort,
hotel or high-end hospitality operations.
→ Strong F&B leadership experience with a proven record of exceptional service.
→ Excellent leadership, communication and member relations skills.
→ Strong financial, organizational and operational management skills.
→ Ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a high-service environment.
→ Valid TABC and Food Manager certifications required.
→ ★ Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation or active pursuit preferred.
→ ★ Private Club Management experience strongly preferred.
→ ★ Budget and labor management experience preferred.
→ ★ Jonas or similar Club management system experience preferred.
→ ★ Experience in a high-end country club, resort or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
