Weddings, tournaments, member galas, holiday parties. Something is always happening at Richland Country Club, and we need great people to make it all come together. If you like working with a team, can carry a tray with a smile, and like seeing a room go from empty to "wow," this job is for you.

We're hiring Banquet Servers to deliver polished, friendly service at private events, member functions, and special occasions across the Club.

What you'll do

Set the stage. Set up banquet rooms using event orders and diagrams: tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware, and décor. Serve with style. Work plated dinners, buffets, and beverage service, keeping everything on time and looking sharp. Know the menu. Be ready to answer guests' questions about dishes, ingredients, and how things are prepared. Look after the guests. Refill drinks, clear plates, reset tables, and take care of requests before guests have to ask. Work as a team. Stay in step with banquet captains, the culinary team, and your fellow servers so every event runs smoothly. Close it out. Help break down and clean up so the space is ready for the next event.
