Our goal is to make golf fun, accessible, and rewarding for everyone, whether they're stepping onto the driving range for the first time or looking to refine their game. Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Golf Instructor to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. The primary responsibility is to lead group lessons for adults and juniors on weekends at any of our five outdoor driving range locations. Other responsibilities include teaching private and semi-private lessons at your discretion. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, thrives in a group setting, and has a flexible schedule. Previous group and junior teaching experience highly desired but not required. We welcome candidates with a passion for golf and a willingness to learn. Certification:
PGA, LPGA, or other recognized golf teaching certification is highly desirable, but not required. Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in an approachable, easy-to-understand manner. Availability:
Flexible to work weekends and/or weekdays depending on demand. Passion for Teaching:
A genuine enthusiasm for teaching golf, mentoring juniors, and helping students improve their skills. Physical Ability:
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing for extended periods. Essential Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Conduct Group Lessons:

Focus on core golf techniques, including grip, stance, swing, and short game, while fostering a fun and supportive environment. Adapt to Student Needs:
Tailor private lessons to meet the varying skill levels of participants, ensuring each student receives valuable instruction. Promote Safety:
Maintain a safe and professional teaching environment at all times. Support Growth:
Encourage students to progress in their game and promote additional instruction opportunities when appropriate.
