This position is ideal for a motivated PGA Associate or emerging professional who is eager to develop a comprehensive understanding of the golf industry while making a meaningful impact on the member experience.</p>
<p>This role offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across every major area of golf operations, including tournament management, instruction, junior golf development, merchandising, agronomy collaboration, and team leadership. The Assistant Golf Professional will serve as a highly visible ambassador for Florence Country Club, interacting daily with our membership, engaging with the local community, and building professional relationships within the broader golf industry, including the Carolinas PGA Section, CGA, USGA, PGA Tour, and LPGA Tour.</p>
