Responsibilities
Maintain and improve golf course grounds by mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating turf areas to ensure healthy, playable surfaces.
Operate and perform routine maintenance on groundskeeping equipment including lawn mowers, chainsaws, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping machinery.
Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control to enhance the course’s visual appeal.
Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of materials such as soil, mulch, or equipment parts while following safety protocols.
Requirements
Prior experience with golf course groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor activity in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of course quality.
