Blessings Golf Club, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas is seeking a Director of Agronomy to lead all aspects of its agronomic operation, aligning course conditioning with the high standards of a nationally recognized championship venue. Preferred Qualifications
Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in turfgrass management, agronomy, horticulture, or related field (preferred, but not required)4–7+ years of progressive agronomy leadership experienceDemonstrated success managing Bentgrass greens in challenging climatesExperience with Zoysia management and bermudagrass contamination controlProven history of developing and advancing team membersStrong project management experience, including renovations and capital enhancementsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsHigh golf IQ and an understanding of course setup at championship-caliber venuesCommitment to continuous education, innovation, and peer networking
