Hunting Hills Country Club is seeking a dynamic, service-driven Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate our dining and hospitality experience. Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of all dining operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. This individual will lead a high-performing team, drive service standards aligned with Troon excellence, and continuously enhance the Club’s dining, banquet, and social offerings.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, understands the expectations of private club membership, and is committed to delivering a seamless and memorable experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily leadership and oversight of all F&B operations
• Establish and uphold service standards that reflect an exclusive private club experience
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B team
• Lead financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls (food, beverage, and labor)
• Oversee menu development, inventory management, and purchasing practices
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dining outlets and events
• Partner with Club leadership to create innovative dining experiences, member events, and seasonal programming
• Promote and grow banquet and private event business including weddings, corporate functions, and member social events
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Monitor member satisfaction and implement continuous improvements based on feedback
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration across all departments to ensure a seamless member experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality Management or related field)
• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club environments
• Proven ability to drive service excellence, team engagement, and financial performance
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and liquor laws
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and reporting tools
• ServSafe and TIPS certifications preferred

Work Environment & Expectations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Active, hands-on role requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with varying conditions
• Fast-paced setting during peak seasons, events, and club functions
