Join our team at Stockton Golf and Country Club , a premier golf destination known for excellence in service, course conditions, and member experience. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Golf Professional to support golf operations and enhance the member and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily golf operations including tee time management, tournament coordination, and merchandising
Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
Conduct lessons, clinics, and junior programs
Promote and enforce club policies and etiquette
Support Pro Shop sales, inventory control, and displays
Oversee and train outside services staff as needed
Qualifications:
PGA Associate or actively working toward PGA membership preferred
Previous golf operations or pro shop experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
