About the Role
2nd Swing has an opening for a Store Operations Manager. This position is responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations of the store running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with 2nd Swing’s customer-first standards. This role leads the teams that support inventory, shipping, repairs, and customer service while partnering closely with the General Manager and other leaders to meet business goals. You’ll spend your time balancing people, processes, inventory, and customer needs to make sure the store operates at its best.

Partner with the General Manager to establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals and ensure business needs are metCommunicate priorities clearly to team members and follow up to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on timeOversee key inventory metrics and ensure inventory processes are followed consistentlyExecute and maintain merchandise planograms and store presentation standardsCoach, manage, and develop customer service, shipping, inventory, and repair team membersDelegate effectively while remaining willing to work alongside team members to accomplish store goalsPartner with the management team to quickly and effectively resolve customer issuesSupport Sales and Fitting teams while demonstrating 2nd Swing’s Core Values every dayMonitor operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the customer experienceMaintain a high level of attention to detail across inventory, merchandising, shipping, repairs, and customer service operationsEnsure teams meet established deadlines, performance expectations, and business goalsHelp create a positive, high-energy store environment where employees are encouraged to learn, develop, and succeedStep in wherever needed to support the team and ensure the store operates effectively day in and day outRequirements:
Previous leadership or management experience in retail, operations, or a similar customer-focused environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levelsExperience coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable to performance expectationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to delegate effectively while maintaining a hands-on approach to operationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally and effectivelyComfortable working with inventory, operational metrics, and established processesHigh-energy, positive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and developAbility to work a varied schedule, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and approximately 40-45 hours per weekGolf industry or retail experience preferredFull-Time Benefits:
