Lead Assistant Golf Professional

The Lead Assistant Golf Professional serves as the hands on operational leader for Golf Operations, translating the direction of the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf into well-organized, accountable execution. This position coordinates daily staff assignments, owns tee-sheet creation and accuracy, and leads the planning and execution of Men’s and Couples tournament operations.

Through a hands-on approach, proactive communication, personal accountability, and attention to detail, the Lead Assistant Golf Professional plays an integral role in the daily execution of Golf Operations. This individual takes ownership of essential operational responsibilities, ensuring that daily activities, tournament preparation, and member services are carried out efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards.

By independently managing these responsibilities and anticipating operational needs, the Lead Assistant supports the Head Golf Professional’s ability to focus on team development, departmental leadership, and overall operational oversight. The position also actively contributes to golf instruction, member engagement, and other professional services as assigned.
