Lead Assistant Golf Professional

The Lead Assistant Golf Professional is the Head Golf Professional’s trusted operational partner and the principal leader of day-to-day golf operations at Broadmoor Country Club. This individual owns the coordination, consistency and execution of the golf shop, merchandising, outside services, tee sheet, practice facilities, tournaments and related golf activities.

By independently leading daily execution, developing the golf operations team, maintaining operational and financial discipline, the Lead Assistant enables the Head Golf Professional to devote greater attention to serving as the Club’s ambassador, strengthening member relationships, setting culture and advancing golf participation.
