Cleveland Racquet Club in Northeast Ohio is seeking a General Manager/COO to lead a family-centric, full-service private club known for its racquet sports, wellness, and social programming. Home to the Cleveland Open, a USTA ATP Challenger event, the Club is moving forward with capital and court expansion projects. Reporting to the Board, the GM/COO oversees all departments and the Club's financial performance. First-year priorities include building trust with staff and members, strengthening Food & Beverage, and integrating the expansion projects. The ideal candidate is a visible, approachable leader with a sincere appreciation for racquet sports.
