About Green Valley Country Club
Founded in 1919, Green Valley Country Club is a premier, member-owned private club situated on 182 picturesque acres in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Serving approximately 500 member families, the Club is known for its welcoming family atmosphere, exceptional member service, championship golf, outstanding racquet sports, outdoor swimming pool, vibrant social calendar, and outstanding dining experiences.
Green Valley operates under the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) General Manager/Chief Operating Officer model. The Club features a William Flynn-designed, par-71 golf course regarded as one of the Philadelphia region's hidden gems, along with one of the East Coast's most comprehensive racquet sports programs, including tennis, pickleball, and padel. The clubhouse, originally constructed in 1993, has been extensively renovated over the past decade.
The Club is seeking a seasoned club executive to succeed its long-tenured General Manager, who will retire at the end of the year but will remain involved in a consulting capacity during the transition period to support continuity and onboarding.
The golf shop is independently owned and operated by the Head Golf Professional, requiring a collaborative partnership between the GM/COO and the Golf Professional to ensure an exceptional overall golf experience for the membership.
