As a Golf Service Associate, you are at the center of that experience. From staging the course each morning to greeting members after their final putt, you set the tone for every round played at Escondido. What You'll Do
Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and after their roundStage and maintain the cart fleet, bag room, and station amenitiesEnsure golf carts are clean, fully stocked, and ready for playOrganize and manage member bag storage — clean, correct, and readySet up and manage the 1st tee dailyAssist Golf Professionals with starting member playDeliver on-course service to members throughout their roundOperate the practice facility to standardComplete opening and closing procedures for the cart barn and practice facilityProvide car wash services upon requestCommunicate key information across departments dailyProactively anticipate and fulfill member and guest needs What We Offer
