Join the Premier Indoor Golf Instruction Team at Tee Time Bar Elite Club Tee Time Bar Elite Club is seeking experienced and motivated golf instructors, PGA Professionals, and golf coaches to partner with our growing indoor golf entertainment venue. This is an independent contractor partnership opportunity—not a traditional hourly position. We're building a team of highly qualified teaching professionals who will offer golf instruction inside our state-of-the-art simulator bays while benefiting from Tee Time's growing customer base, marketing, and premium facility. Our goal is to become the area's premier destination for indoor golf instruction by allowing customers to browse instructor profiles, compare coaching styles, view availability, and schedule lessons directly through the Tee Time website. Partners compensate Tee Time by either: Paying a percentage of lesson revenue OR Paying an agreed-upon facility usage fee. Revenue-sharing terms are negotiable and based on several factors, including: Teaching experience Certifications Existing client base Number of scheduled lessons Ability to bring new customers Social media reach and online influence Instructors with strong online followings who actively promote their partnership with Tee Time may qualify for more favorable partnership terms. We're Looking For Qualified candidates should have: Golf teaching or coaching experience PGA Professional status preferred (not required) Ability to teach players of all skill levels Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Passion for growing the game Entrepreneurial mindset Preferred Qualifications PGA or LPGA certification Junior golf coaching experience Club fitting experience Tournament playing background Existing lesson clientele Strong online reputation Social Media Partnership One of the qualities we value most is an instructor's ability to build community and attract golfers.
