<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<p>Promotes an exceptional public golf experience and provides excellent golf services and programs to all patrons. This is a key management position requiring the ability to plan, organize, supervise and administer the business aspects of events and player development at Salt Lake City operated golf courses.<br /><br />This position may require working non-conventional hours as needed during peak golf season.</p>
<p>TYPICAL DUTIES:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assists with planning and overseeing all Golf Division junior programs, adult individual and group instruction programs, and golf course events.</li>
<li>Assists in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of all golf instructors.</li>
<li>Assists Golf Professionals and Assistant Golf Professionals with tournaments and events as needed.</li>
<li>Manages and oversees corporate events and City-sponsored tournaments.</li>
<li>Assists Golf Administration staff with policy development and enforcement.</li>
<li>Suggests possible improvements to the City's services and facilities.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
