<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p>As the Director of Instruction & Player Development, you'll lead the growth of our coaching program while building your own successful instruction business.</p>
<p>This is more than a place to teach lessons. You'll have the opportunity to shape our instruction offerings, develop new programs, host events, and become the face of instruction at The Golf Workshop.</p>
<p>Rather than spending your time searching for students, we'll invest in marketing, generate leads, and provide a premium teaching environment so you can focus on coaching and growing your book of business.</p>
