Bag Room Attendant
Job Summary of Bag Room Attendant:
This position is responsible for maintaining the golf cart fleet, driving range, and assisting with guest equipment, all while ensuring exceptional service for members and guests. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a customer-facing environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bag Room Attendant:
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.Perform opening procedures for the Bag Room and Cart Barn.Assist guests by removing golf bags from vehicles and transporting them to the bag racks.Clean golf clubs and carts daily, and perform light mechanical work on carts.Set up for daily member play, including regular tee times, groups, and outings.Check in and out guest golf equipment and clean guest or rental clubs.Ensure a fresh supply of clean towels and filled divot sand holders are available.Support and implement all course policies and programs as communicated by management.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.Qualifications and Experience of Bag Room Attendant:
Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred.Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Must be customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Working Conditions:
Regularly required to reach with arms and hands.Frequently required to walk, stand, talk, hear, handle, and operate objects.Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds occasionally.Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.The noise level is moderately quiet.Must be able to work extended hours during golf and holiday seasons, including weekends and holidays.Benefits of Bag Room Attendant:
