Membership Growth & Engagement Director

Greensboro Country Club is seeking a Director of Membership to drive growth, retention, and engagement. You will lead membership marketing, prospect outreach, onboarding, and program development to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to refine policies, manage the membership database, and report on trends, budgets, and activity to support the Club's strategic goals and community impact.
