Key Responsibilities: – Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth service – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment – Support in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts – Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management – Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies – Provide excellent customer service by supporting bartenders and engaging with guests when appropriate – Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the bar area regularly Requirements Skills and Qualifications: – Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role preferred – Strong organizational and multitasking skills – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Excellent communication and teamwork skills – Knowledge of bar operations and safety standards is a plus – Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed – Positive attitude and professional appearance At Sugar Pine Lounge, we pride ourselves on fostering a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where team members can grow and thrive.
