Description Join our dynamic team at the Sugar Pine Lounge at LACC as a professional and friendly bartender, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members and guests. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality to ensure our bar provides a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: – Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests – Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards – Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service – Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, fostering a welcoming environment – Manage cash register and process payments accurately – Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels – Follow all LACC policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service and safety protocols – Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and clubhouse events Requirements Skills and Qualifications: – Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role – Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events – Valid California Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) – Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction At Lake Almanor Country Club, we value our team members and are committed to providing a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
