Outside Services – Bag Drop & Range AttendantPosition Overview
As a member of our Outside Services team, you will play an important role in creating the first and last impression of Kemper Lakes Golf Club. Working primarily at the bag drop and driving range, you will interact directly with our members and guests while helping maintain the high standards expected at Kemper Lakes Golf Club.[KI1]

Responsibilities
· Greet members and guests as they arrive at the bag drop.
· Assist members with unloading their golf clubs from their vehicles.
· Properly organize and set up golf bags on golf carts.
· Assist members as they arrive back from the golf course.
· Remove golf bags from carts and return them to the appropriate storage location.
· Clean golf clubs and ensure they are properly stored.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional looking bag drop area.
· Pick, collect and clean golf balls from the driving range.
· Keep the driving range stocked with clean golf balls throughout the day.
· Clean and maintain the practice putting and chipping greens constantly.
· Assist with general range and outside-service responsibilities as needed.
· Communicate with members in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
· Work as part of a team to ensure the club’s daily operations run smoothly.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to comfortably communicate and converse with members and guests.
· Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
· Good organizational and cleaning skills.
· Reliable and willing to help wherever needed.
· Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.[KI4]
· Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions.
· Professional appearance and a willingness to maintain the high standards of a private club.
