Child Minding & Wellness Desk Attendant (Part-time)
Do you enjoy creating a welcoming environment for both children and adults? Belle Meade Country Club is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to join our Wellness team in a unique dual-role position.
This role primarily provides attentive, engaging care for children in our Child Minding area while creating a safe and fun environment for our members' families. During slower periods or as needed, you'll also serve as the welcoming face of our Wellness Center, greeting members, answering questions, checking members in, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and engage children in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
Plan age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
Maintain a clean and organized Child Minding area
Welcome members and guests to the Wellness Center
Assist with member check-ins and basic front desk responsibilities
Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
Support the Wellness team with light administrative tasks as needed
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Warm, energetic, and passionate about working with children
Friendly, professional, and naturally hospitable
Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
