Experience Required

Essential Responsibilities:
Golf Operations
Oversee all daily golf operations including tee sheet management, tournaments, leagues, and instructional programsMaintain a high standard of customer service and player experienceManage merchandising, inventory, and retail operations within the golf shopOrganize and execute tournaments, outings, and special eventsFacility & Business Management
Lead overall course operations including staffing, scheduling, and budgetingMonitor financial performance, control expenses, and drive revenue growthCollaborate with ownership on strategic planning, capital improvements, and long-term visionEnsure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standardsLeadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor staff across golf operations and customer-facing rolesFoster a positive, accountable, and service-oriented team cultureSet clear expectations and maintain high performance standardsCustomer Experience & Community Engagement
Build strong relationships with members, guests, and the local communityAddress feedback professionally and implement improvementsPromote the course through events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
