<p>Position Summary:</p>
<p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This unique position offers a well-rounded experience, with three days each week spent inside the golf shop and three days with outside services. The role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service, developing their career in golf operations, and creating memorable member experiences.</p>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide first-class customer service to members and guests in both the golf shop and outside operations.</li>
<li>Assist with daily golf shop functions, including tee time reservations, merchandise sales, inventory management, and member communicaitons.</li>
<li>Support outside operations, including bag room, practice facilities, and the first tee services, ensuring smooth and professional member experiences.</li>
<li>Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized environment across all areas of golf operations.</li>
<li>Assist with the execution of tournaments, clinics, and member events.</li>
<li>Promote and maintain the values, traditions, and high standards of The Club at Morningside.</li>

<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in golf operations.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Team player with a positive attitude and service-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA membership.</li>
