Assistant Golf Professional

Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team.  This unique position offers a well-rounded experience, with three days each week spent inside the golf shop and three days with outside services.  The role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service, developing their career in golf operations, and creating memorable member experiences. Responsibilities: - Provide first-class customer service to members and guests in both the golf shop and outside operations. - Assist with daily golf shop functions, including tee time reservations, merchandise sales, inventory management, and member communicaitons. - Support outside operations, including bag room, practice facilities, and the first tee services, ensuring smooth and professional member experiences. - Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized environment across all areas of golf operations. - Assist with the execution of tournaments, clinics, and member events. - Promote and maintain the values, traditions, and high standards of The Club at Morningside. Qualifications: - Prior experience in golf operations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Team player with a positive attitude and service-oriented mindset. - PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA membership.
