At Round Hill Country Club, every day is different. One morning you may be preparing the pool for a busy summer day. The next, you'll be maintaining our bocce courts, setting up for a member event, completing a repair, or ensuring every clubhouse and locker room is spotless before members arrive.
If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to meet you.
As a member of our Facilities Team, you'll help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our clubhouse and recreational facilities. Your work directly contributes to the exceptional experience our members enjoy every day.
Schedule
Sunday through Thursday
Shifts may begin as early as 4:00 AM and end as late as 11:00 PM, depending on Club operations.
Holiday availability is required.

We're looking for someone who:
Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
Enjoys working independently and staying productive.
Has previous custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or facilities experience (preferred but not required).
Is willing to learn pool maintenance and water chemistry.
Can safely lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
Is comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Can climb ladders, use stairs, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
Has experience using basic hand and power tools for minor repairs.
Is comfortable working around members, families, children, and locker room areas while maintaining professionalism.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
Maintains a positive attitude and works well as part of a team.
