Our organization is a distinguished private club renowned for offering premium dining and beverage experiences to its members and guests. As a full-service establishment that hosts various special events, private parties, and member functions, we manage multiple food and beverage outlets including a Snack Bar, Beverage Cart, Grille Room, banquet bars, and other specialty venues within the club. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Beverage Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall beverage and related food and beverage operations including the Snack Bar, Beverage Cart, Grille Room, and various bar services. The Beverage Manager is the pivotal communication link between staff, management, vendors, and members, focusing on optimizing profitability, meeting budget goals, and maintaining high service quality standards. This role demands someone able to lead by example, managing both front-of-house service and behind-the-scenes operational tasks such as inventory management, event planning, staff training, and compliance adherence.
The Beverage Manager plays a critical role in creating outstanding experiences by engaging directly with members and guests, mentoring the team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position requires regular presence during meal services and club events to supervise and support staff, provide excellent customer service, and uphold the club’s standards. Responsibilities also include managing vendor relationships to innovate offerings with new products, seasonal specials, and signature beverages, thereby enhancing the club's beverage portfolio and member satisfaction.
An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience combined with a minimum of three years in food and beverage management. Expertise in food safety, sanitation, cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and Microsoft Office is essential. The role requires flexibility for extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to work in varied environmental conditions and the capability to lift up to 30 pounds is necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
At least 3 years’ management experience in food and beverage service
Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Capability to work in extreme temperature conditions and noise
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
