Food/Beverage Manager

Job description: Job Overview Woodland Hills Golf Course is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations at Nebraska’s only 5-star rated golf course. Woodland Hills Golf Course takes pride in creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees. This leadership role is responsible for managing food and beverage operations including the snack bar, beverage cart service, scheduling, tournaments, outings, and event support while delivering an outstanding guest experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading a team. This is a hands-on leadership position with significant involvement in daily operations, staff management, and event execution. Responsibilities Oversee all daily food and beverage operations including snack bar, beverage cart service, tournaments, leagues, outings, and special eventsRecruit, train, schedule, and supervise snack bar and beverage cart staffCoordinate food and beverage operations for tournaments, weddings, corporate outings, and private eventsManage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and product cost controlsEnsure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standardsProvide excellent customer service to golfers and event guestsHelp execute successful tournaments, league nights, and special eventsAssist with menu planning, pricing, and operational improvementsWork closely with ownership and management on hospitality growth and future improvementsQualifications Previous food & beverage, restaurant, bar, hospitality, or event management experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentComfortable leading and managing staffReliable and dependableWeekend availability required during golf seasonPositive attitude and strong work ethicSchedule Full-time positionNights, weekends, and holidays required during peak golf seasonSchedule will vary based on tournaments, outings, leagues, weddings, and special eventsIdeal Candidate Self-motivated and dependableStrong communicator and team leaderHospitality-minded with attention to detailComfortable working in both leadership and hands-on operational rolesAble to perform well in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsCompensation & Benefits Competitive base pay based on experienceSignificant additional earning potential through gratuity sharing, tournaments, outings, and special eventsGolf privilegesEmployee discountsLeadership opportunity within a growing hospitality operationFun, fast-paced, and team-oriented work environmentApply Today We are looking for motivated individuals who want to help grow and improve the hospitality experience at Woodland Hills Golf Course.
