About the position The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations in their specific outlet at Grand View Lodge. The Supervisor must resolve guest issues that need a supervisor to solve and communicate all problems to Outlet Manager or Manager on Duty immediately. Further, it is important to maintain knowledge of the entire resort and area to assist guests with questions about the resort. Must have good leadership and communication skills.
