<li><strong>PURPOSE OF POSITION: Head Professional - Great Waters</strong></li>

<p>The Head Professional’s primary responsibility is to provide leadership and operational direction for all aspects of golf operations and promote a culture of service excellence to exceed the members’ and their guests’ expectations. The Head Professional is the “Golf Ambassador” of the Club with the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy while maintaining a visible presence amongst the members.</p>
<p>They will directly manage all areas of the golf operations in conjunction with the Director of Golf, Assistant Director of Golf, and the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure the golf operations are an integrated component of the entire Club experience. A successful candidate is expected to take an active approach to ensure that long-term directions and planning align with the Core Values and Operational Standards set forth by Reynolds Lake Oconee.</p>
<p>A successful candidate will be expected to oversee all aspects of the golf shop, including merchandising, sales, inventory management, tee sheet management, golf cart management, starter management, marshaling, the practice facility, member event programming, and overall business management. They will work with the Tournament Director for all Member events, and they will develop and mentor the golf operations staff to become the next leaders in the industry.</p>
