Event & Wedding ServerResponsibilities *Previous wedding, banquet, catering, country club, or upscale event serving experience is required* *PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT APPLICABLE EXPERIENCE* Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during weddings, social events, corporate functions, and club events Execute plated meal service, buffet service, family-style service, and passed hors d'oeuvres according to event standards Maintain a polished, professional, and guest-focused presence throughout each event Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffets, beverage stations, and service areas Follow event timelines and service instructions from Event Leadership and Banquet Captains Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests Work collaboratively with banquet, bar, culinary, and event teams to ensure seamless event execution Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and event spaces throughout service Uphold all club service standards, safety procedures, and appearance expectations Qualifications Previous wedding, banquet, catering, country club, or event serving experience is required Experience with plated dinner service, buffet service, cocktail receptions, and high-volume events strongly preferred Ability to carry multiple plates and trays safely and efficiently Strong guest service skills with a professional and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Schedule Seasonal position: April–October, with limited December events Evening and weekend availability required Flexible scheduling based on event calendar Compensation Competitive hourly pay Gratuities and/or service charge opportunities based on events Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Work Location: In person
