About the Role
We are looking for a Dishwasher/Steward to join our team at North Shore Country Club.
We are looking for a full time candidates with open availability. Ability to cover both the am and pm shifts. With possibility of overtime. No previous experience required.

The Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food service areas. This role ensures that dishes, utensils, cookware, kitchen equipment, and workspaces are cleaned, organized, and available for daily operations while supporting the kitchen team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.Operate and maintain dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.Keep kitchen floors, walls, storage areas, and workstations clean and organized.Remove trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas.Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies in designated areas.Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.Assist with basic kitchen preparation and support duties when required.Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to supervisors.Ensure cleaning chemicals are handled and stored properly.Support kitchen and restaurant staff during busy service periods.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous dishwashing, stewarding, or kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Skills:

Fast-paced kitchen environment.Exposure to hot water, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.Reports To: Executive Chef

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
