Private Club GM - Strategic Leader, Member Experience

Marin Country Club in Novato, California, seeks a Full-Time General Manager to lead a premier private club. As an associate of Troon, you will oversee golf, F&B, events, and member experiences while partnering with the Board to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in senior private-club leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of delivering exceptional member experiences. A CCM designation is preferred.
