Job Description
As a Pool Kitchen Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high‑quality meals for our poolside guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items for poolside guests, following the club's recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen area.
Ensure that all food orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with team members and guests.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Assist with menu development and special poolside offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a poolside, resort, or country club setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
