Cape Cod National Golf Club is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team for the 2026 season.
This is an opportunity to work at one of Cape Cod’s premier private golf facilities while learning the daily operations involved in maintaining championship-level playing conditions.
Responsibilities
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
Raking bunkers and detail work
Course setup including cups, tee markers, and practice facility setup
String trimming and landscape maintenance
Hand watering and irrigation assistance
Divot repair and turf maintenance
Assisting with special projects and tournament preparation
Operating golf course equipment safely and professionally
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Dependable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Golf course or landscaping experience is helpful but not required
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Schedule
Typical start times range from 5:00–5:30 AM during the golf season. Seasonal positions generally run from spring through fall.
