Responsibilities
Perform shoe cleaning, polishing, and cosmetic restoration to restore shoes to a pristine condition.
Conduct steam pressing on footwear and garments to achieve crisp, professional finishes.
Carry out textile cleaning tasks including dry cleaning, laundry, and fabric care to maintain garment quality.
Execute garment repairs such as stitching, sewing machine work, and textile alterations to extend the lifespan of clothing.
Apply textile and garment construction techniques for minor repairs or adjustments.
Utilize shoe repair skills for heel replacement, sole renewal, and other minor fixes.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining cleaning processes, offering care advice, and ensuring satisfaction with each visit.
Experience
Prior experience in shoe shining, textile cleaning, or garment repair is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Knowledge of fabric care principles including stain removal, fabric preservation, and cosmetic restoration techniques.
Familiarity with sewing machines, stitching methods, and textile alterations enhances your ability to deliver high-quality results.
Basic math skills are necessary for measuring materials and calculating costs or adjustments accurately.
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent customer service skills ensures a positive experience for every client.
