**About Us:** Boulder Canyon Golf Club, a premier public golf club located in Black Hills of South Dakota, is renowned for its stunning 18-hole golf course. To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Course Equipment Manager to join our team. **Position Overview:** As the Golf Course Equipment Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and management of all golf course equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our equipment is in optimal condition to support the daily operations and overall excellence of our golf course. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise the golf course equipment maintenance program, including routine service, repairs, and overhauls. - Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment, including mowers, tractors, and other machinery. - Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory. - Coordinate with the golf course superintendent and grounds staff to prioritize equipment needs and resolve any issues promptly. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of equipment. - Manage the budget for equipment maintenance and repairs, including procurement of parts and supplies. - Provide training and guidance to grounds staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in golf course equipment technology. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a golf course equipment manager or in a similar role within the golf industry. - Strong technical knowledge of golf course equipment, including repair and maintenance. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. **Education and Experience:** - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or associate degree in equipment maintenance or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in golf course equipment management or a similar field. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary based on experience. - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, and paid time off. - Opportunity to work in a prestigious golf club environment. - Professional development and training opportunities. -Employee House Available -New Clubhouse and Maintenance Building **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to Chris@bouldercanyongolf.com with the subject line “Golf Course Equipment Manager Application" Boulder Canyon Golf Club is an equal opportunity employer.
