GREENSKEEPER

The Crew is hiring a Greenskeeper for a golf course client in the Los Angeles area. This is a hands-on role keeping the course in top playing condition — great fit for someone who takes pride in course presentation and enjoys working outdoors.
Responsibilities
Mow, edge, and maintain greens, tees, fairways, and rough to course standards
Operate and maintain turf equipment, including mowers, aerators, and irrigation systems
Perform general grounds upkeep, including bunkers, cart paths, and landscaping
Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and handling chemicals
Qualifications
Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or turf maintenance experience preferred
Comfortable operating outdoor power equipment
Able to work early morning hours, including weekends
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in course presentation
