Responsibilities
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep fairways, greens, tees, and surrounding areas immaculate.
Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, chainsaws, power tools, irrigation systems, and other landscaping machinery safely and efficiently.
Maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution across the course; troubleshoot issues promptly.
Conduct athletic field groundskeeping tasks to support the health and safety of playing surfaces.
Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, manual handling, and equipment maintenance to support ongoing groundskeeping operations.
Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to control pests and promote healthy turf growth.
Assist with landscaping projects, gardening activities, and general land maintenance to enhance course aesthetics.
Skills
Proficiency with irrigation systems, landscape maintenance techniques, and golf course groundskeeping practices.
Experience operating ground maintenance and landscaping equipment including power tools and company vehicles.
Knowledge of pesticide management, lawn care routines, gardening practices, and power tool safety standards.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong understanding of equipment maintenance procedures to ensure longevity and optimal performance of tools.
Familiarity with athletic field groundskeeping standards to support high-quality playing surfaces.
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards grounds maintenance challenges.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
