We are seeking a passionate and driven Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to help lead and elevate our dining operations.
Position Summary
The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, this position is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of all dining outlets, events, and banquet services, ensuring a high level of service, staff development, and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director in managing daily operations of the Galloway Grill, Tavern, Outdoor Terrace, Tap Room, and banquet/events service.
Supervise and train service staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service standards.
Act as a leader on the floor, supporting and coaching staff while providing hands-on service when needed.
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.
Help schedule, evaluate, and manage front-of-house team performance.
Handle member requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies and beverages in coordination with the Beverage Manager.
Support the planning and execution of club events, private functions, and special dining experiences.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
