Salary Range: $60,000-65,000, depending on experience
Job SummaryThe Human Resources Administrator (Bilingual) supports the day-to-day operations of the Department, with specific focus on workplace safety and employee relations in Spanish. This position is responsible for maintaining safety records, investigating workplace injuries, filing compliance reports, and managing workers compensation claims. This position also assists with employee onboarding, benefits administration, record-keeping, disciplinary action, and general Human Resources support for Spanish-speaking staff.
