The Human Resources Administrator (Bilingual) supports the day-to-day operations of theDepartment, with specific focus on workplace safety and employee relations in Spanish.
Thisposition is responsible for maintaining safety records, investigating workplace injuries, filingcompliance reports, and managing workers compensation claims.
This position also assists withemployee onboarding, benefits administration, record-keeping, disciplinary action, and generalHuman Resources support for Spanish-speaking staff.

Independently conduct new hire orientation meetings and maintain up-to-date orientationmaterials in both English and Spanish Maintain employee information in various databases, according to regulatory and policyrequirements Maintain Human Resources process documentation Direct Spanish-speaking job applicants through the application process, includingbackground checks and drug screenings Verify I-9 documentation and complete e-Verify process Conduct exit interviews with departing employees in Spanish or English Submit and manage requests to outside providers of Human Resources-related services(background checks, drug tests, etc.
) Maintain legally required employment posters and other notices in Spanish and English Receive and respond to Spanish- and English-language inquiries from TeamMembers pertaining to Human Resources services Communicate Mizuno USA human resources policies, procedures, and standards andgovernment regulations in both Spanish and English Conduct investigations involving policy violations, disciplinary actions, safety incidents,workplace harassment, and discrimination Manage leaves of absence (LOA) related to FMLA, disability, and workers compensation Conduct or facilitate employee training on applicable safety standards Review current safety training and recommend revisions, improvements, and updates Conduct safety inspections and auditsForm Revision:

0 (11/21/2025)Mizuno USA Draft inspection reports to document inspection findings Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules Maintain records of workplace injuries, near misses, and reported safety hazards Assist supervisors with proper and timely completion of post-incident investigations Facilitate productive discussions among employees and management relative to safeworkplace practices Identify and implement new safety outreach and education strategies and approaches Request and collect employee feedback and suggestions on safety procedures Identify opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems Assist HR Department with other related duties and projects as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
Bilingual in spoken and written Spanish and English Extensive knowledge of industrial safety practices and applicable Occupational Safety andHealth Administration (OSHA) standards Working knowledge of security protocols and emergency preparedness Exceptional written and verbal communication ability High level of emotional intelligence and moral fiber Extraordinary attention to detail and information management Excellent organization and time management skills Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills Ability to find proactive and creative solutions to routine problems and or process gaps Results-oriented, highly motivated, and dependable, with a strong work ethic Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to accurately and efficiently enter employee data into computer databases 2 years of experience using an HRIS platform like Oracle, Workday, ADP, or similar Working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulationsEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health & Safety, or related field 3-5 years of relevant job experience in Human Resources, EHS, or general administration OSHA 30-Hour training certificate highly preferred SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR, or similar certification a plusPhysical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Walking, standing, and conversing with staff in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds at times.
