This entry-level management role is designed as a structured apprenticeship path in golf operations and management, starting at Cabot Citrus Farms as an Assistant Caddie Manager with opportunities to advance within the CADDIE MASTER portfolio.
Mobility and relocation: This position is intended to prepare candidates for management opportunities across our network of clubs. All training and onboarding will take place at Cabot Citrus Farms. Following training, apprentices are expected to relocate to another club within the CADDIE MASTER portfolio, typically within 2–6 months of employment. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate for continued employment and career advancement.
Compensation and progression: Apprentices are paid as full-time employees and are eligible for benefits. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, you will continue as an Assistant Caddie Manager, with opportunities to advance to a Caddie Manager position.
Responsibilities
Work full-time as an Assistant Caddie Manager at Cabot Citrus Farms, learning from experienced Caddie Managers.Participate in a 6-week online training program covering CADDIE MASTER’s systems, processes, and management philosophy, including readings, assignments, and weekly meetings with company leadership.Develop operational, leadership, and administrative skills needed to become a successful Caddie Manager.Build strong relationships with golfers and caddies to create a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.Prepare for future placement opportunities at other CADDIE MASTER–managed clubs nationwide.Experience Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Basic golf knowledge.A passion for the game of golf.Willingness to relocate within the first 2–6 months of employment.Notes: This position is based at Cabot Citrus Farms for training and onboarding. Successful candidates should expect to relocate to another CADDIE MASTER–managed club following initial training.
