This position starts at Kiawah Island Club, where you will work as an Assistant Caddie Manager while completing a structured apprenticeship program designed to develop the skills needed to advance within CADDIEMASTER. Important Mobility Requirement: This position is intended to prepare candidates for management opportunities throughout our network of clubs. All training and onboarding will take place at Kiawah Island Club. Following training, apprentices should expect to be relocated to another club within the CADDIEMASTER portfolio, typically within 2-6 months of employment. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate for continued employment and career advancement. As an apprentice, you will be paid as a full-time employee and be eligible for benefits. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, you will continue in the role of Assistant Caddie Manager, with opportunities to advance into a Caddie Manager position. This is an entry-level management role with significant opportunities for growth and advancement.
