About Us
IvyMade Sports Academy, located in Irvine, California, is a premier athletic training institution dedicated to developing elite youth athletes. We serve a high-end clientele and provide world-class facilities and coaching. IvyMade Sports Academy currently consists of two divisions:
· IvyMade Golf Academy
· EEFIT Strength Academy
We are now actively hiring Golf Coaches and Intern Coaches for our Golf Academy.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of IvyMade’s golf coaching team, you will join a group of elite instructors, including former NCAA Division I athletes and PGA professionals. Our training covers all aspects of golf development—swing technique, putting, chipping, and on-course instruction (9-hole and 18-hole rounds). Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Designing and delivering customized training plans based on each student’s age, skill level, and personality.
· Providing high-quality instruction in swing, short game, and course management.
· Collecting and analyzing student performance data (e.g., biomechanics via S2M, course statistics, attendance) to monitor progress.
· Collaborating with the team to manage scheduling and maintain consistency and quality in training sessions.
· Communicating regularly with parents and showcasing student development.
· Assisting with routine facility maintenance and ensuring a professional training environment.
Candidate Requirements
We welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including experienced golf coaches and current undergraduate/graduate students in sports-related fields.
Qualifications:
1. Coaching Certification:
• Must hold a valid license or certification from PGA, USGTF, or TPI.
2. Professional/Coaching Experience:
• Preferably experienced with NCAA Division I, II, or III teams or has a professional athletic background.
• Must have prior experience in individual or group coaching settings.
3. Language Skills:
• Must possess strong verbal communication and teaching skills in English.
4. Work Ethic and Attitude:
• Must demonstrate passion, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
• Relevant coaching or competitive experience is preferred.
5. Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 strongly preferred.
