Cart Staff – BlackHorse Golf Club BlackHorse Golf Club is looking for hard-working, dependable, and positive individuals to join our Cart Staff team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and understands the importance of providing a great experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities - Prepare, stage, clean, and maintain golf carts throughout the day - Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude - Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart staging and storage areas - Pick the driving range and help maintain range operations - Ensure carts are properly cleaned, charged, and ready for play - Assist the golf operations team with daily tasks as needed - Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail - Help create a welcoming, first-class golf experience for every guest What We’re Looking For - Strong work ethic and a great attitude are a must - Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team - Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision - Friendly and comfortable interacting with members and guests - Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions - Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays - Golf knowledge and previous golf course experience are preferred, but not required We’re looking for people who are willing to work hard, take initiative, and bring a positive attitude every day.
