About the Role
Our Outside Service team is the first and last impression at Apple Mountain, so this is a guest-experience job first. You'll greet every golfer warmly, stage a spotless cart fleet, run the bag drop and driving range, and set the tone for a great round from the moment a player pulls in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide sincere, courteous service to every guest: greet arrivals, handle bags at the bag drop, and clean clubs after the roundPrepare and stage golf carts to Apple Mountain standards: clean, charged or fueled, and readyKeep the cart staging area, podium, bag drop, and wash-down area neat, clean, and orderly at all timesRun the driving range: present the practice tee with fresh balls and bag stands, and manage ball inventory through the dayEducate players on course, cart, and pace-of-play policies in a friendly, helpful wayManage rental clubs: track, issue, and clean on returnHelp set up and execute tournaments and outings; assist with food and beverage as neededKeep the clubhouse exterior, cart storage, and parking areas sharpWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Friendly, dependable, and genuinely enjoys taking care of peopleAvailable weekends and holidays (our busiest, most important days)No golf experience required. We'll train you. A positive attitude is non-negotiable.Valid driver's license preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift and move golf bags and equipment (up to 40 lbs) repeatedly; outdoors in varying weather, on your feet, for the full shift.
Pay: $12/hour plus tips. Reports to Josiah Molton, Assistant General Manager. Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time, weekend availability required.
